The team introduced their scientific poster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cIntegrating global health in Romanian policy: strategic alignment, crisis response and governance.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/ja-ghi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Integrating-global-health-in-Romanian-policy.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:548px\" aria-label=\"Embed of Integrating global health in Romanian policy.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-78c2bc6c-fc6c-43e7-a095-39b6438fc6f9\" href=\"https:\/\/ja-ghi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Integrating-global-health-in-Romanian-policy.pdf\">Integrating global health in Romanian policy<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This poster summarises an extensive review of Romania\u2019s strategic health documents &#8211; including national health strategies, refugee support mechanisms, and policies related to Official Development Assistance &#8211; analysed through the lens of the EU Global Health Strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Findings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The WP5 analysis shows that Romania integrates several core global health dimensions into its policies, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Universal Health Coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One Health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency preparedness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional solidarity and crisis response<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While these principles are clearly present, they are not explicitly framed as \u201cglobal health\u201d within Romania\u2019s policy architecture. This highlights an opportunity to enhance policy coherence and intersectoral coordination. A dedicated national global health strategy could strengthen alignment with EU and international priorities and reinforce Romania\u2019s role in global health governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contribution to the JA GHI Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By presenting these findings at one of Europe\u2019s leading public health events, the WP5 team has helped advance the JA GHI mission to support EU Member States in aligning national strategies with global health priorities. Their work contributes to the shared understanding needed to strengthen preparedness, cooperation, and strategic coherence across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acknowledgements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>JA GHI congratulates the authors &#8211; A.
